By booking or purchasing a session with Oxygenesis, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking. These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the policies that govern our services.

1. General

Oxygenesis provides Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and related wellness services. All sessions are conducted in accordance with Australian health and safety standards.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in an oxygen-based wellness session and have been informed about the nature of the service provided.

2. Eligibility and Health Considerations

Before attending your session, you must:

• Accurately complete any intake or health questionnaire provided.

• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, recent surgeries, or health concerns.

• Follow the guidance of Oxygenesis staff before, during, and after your session.

Oxygenesis reserves the right to decline service if our staff determine that HBOT may not be suitable for your condition or if providing the session could compromise your safety.

3. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through our official website, phone line, or in person at our clinic.

• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment or a deposit is received.

• First-Time Clients: You may be asked to complete a short consultation or intake form before your first session.

• Session Duration: Session times are approximate and include preparation and decompression time.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of your session fee or deposit.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee may apply.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Refunds: Refunds are only provided for cancellations made within the specified timeframe or if Oxygenesis cancels or postpones your appointment.

5. Packages and Memberships

Oxygenesis offers multi-session packs and memberships for ongoing clients.

• Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

• Expiry dates apply and will be stated at the time of purchase.

• Missed sessions within a membership period cannot be carried over unless otherwise arranged.

• Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or approved online payment systems.
Payment must be received before your session begins unless otherwise agreed.

7. Conduct During Sessions

Clients are expected to:

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session.

• Follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines.

• Avoid bringing prohibited items (such as flammable materials or electronic devices) into the chamber.

• Notify staff immediately if you feel discomfort during a session.

Oxygenesis reserves the right to stop a session at any time if a client’s safety or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

8. Health Disclaimer

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a supportive wellness service designed to promote general wellbeing. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease.
Clients should seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if they have an existing medical condition.

Oxygenesis and its staff are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided during consultations or sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and professional environment, Oxygenesis is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during your visit.

• Outcomes that may differ from client expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, Oxygenesis’ liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal and health information provided is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information is used solely for booking, communication, and safety purposes. We will never sell or share your information without consent.

11. Promotions and Gift Vouchers

• Promotional offers and discounts are valid only during the specified period.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Oxygenesis reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
